The highlight here is undoubtedly the sushi and sashimi selection. Patrons consistently praise the freshness and tenderness of the nigiri and sashimi, with maki rolls that offer a perfect balance of softness and flavor. Tempura reveals a delightful crisp exterior coupled with a tender interior, showcasing skillful preparation. The salmon fish soup, as described by many, adds a comforting and rich touch to the overall meal, rounding out the experience with depth and warmth.

However, the popularity of Uo Shin means it often draws a crowd, especially during weekend dinner hours and peak times. Reservations made well in advance are recommended, as waiting times can stretch over an hour, a testament to its sought-after reputation. Food: 5 Stars Really surprised by the maki and sushi which were so soft and flavoury. Sashimi and nigiri were fresh, while tempura were crispy outside and tender inside. Salmon fish soup was just so tasty. All food came in generous portion and had spoiled our taste buds. Highly recommended. Environment: 5 Stars The whole place was quite bright. Seating arrangement was narrow but still reserved privacy for the customers and quite comfortable. Aesthetic and decently decorated with live plants. Toilet was also clean with no smell. Service: 4 Stars The waiters and waitresses were attentive and courteous. Food and drink serving was prompt, all waiting time less than 20 minutes. The only frustrating part was that this outlet was always full house and we needed to make reservation for the seats online via Google more than a week ago just in order to book the weekday's dinner time. Parking: 4 Stars During day time parking here might be quite challenging but at night this place offered a lot of free street parking. Location: 5 Stars Facing the main road in Kota Kemuning commercial hub. Quite easily accessible. Price: 4 Stars The prices on the menu were subject to 10% service charge and 6% SST. Overall the prices were reasonable considering the food quality. It was value for money. Overall: 5 Stars

Sushi and sashimi is fresh and service fast. Went on Saturday 6pm, queue for 20min. Staff is friendly. Price reasonable. Inside a bit dark and not so spacious but I suppose that's a strategy so people don't sit too long haha. Anyways good place and will definitely return

If you are a fan of Shin Zushi, or if you enjoy good quality ????????Japanese food with rich flavours and fresh ingredients, you'll like this. But, they might have taken the saying "quality over quantity" abit too far, as the portion sizes were rather bijou. Be prepared to wait up to 100 minutes during peak timings as it was really popular when I visited. Good overall, no cilantro, has seafood.

This chain of restaurants is by Shin Zushi so you know their quality is gonna be good. Their sushi is really fresh, especially the nigiri sushi , and the prices here are just nice , not as cheap but not as expensive as omakase, right in the middle ground. Definitely come here on off peak times if you don't want to queue , plus the interior is quite small too.

After waited about more than 1 hours around 8.40pm, only reached out turn. The foods was tasted good. Out of expectations. Nice and cosy environment with friendly staff. The drawbacks was seat are limited and very narrow, have to wasted time just to get the foods.

When we dine, there’s no queue, but when we leave, there’s quite some number of them is queueing. Very affordable price sushi, but I feel the portion quite small. But the interior design is pretty nice, definitely the Japanese food vibes! Not much toufu series. Not sure the toilet clean or not.

This restaurant is small with average 10 tables. That is suitable for maximum 4 persons. The inside is little dark and has those 居酒屋 set up. It has a row bar set up for single customer. The food is better than average japanese restaurant. The price is attractive due to, it serves smaller portion compare with others. Food serveed consider fast. Service crew is good. Very attentive. Parking is hell on earth during lunch hours.
